I used a piece of white hammered card for this ATC and coloured it with Dusty Concord and Faded Jeans Distress ink. The stamp is from Cats Life Press. I attached some silver eyelets and threaded ribbon and a fibre through, and put another fibre at the top. The fibres are from Hot Off The Press.
